Dell Axim Group On Yahoo.com A Great Support Resource

Dell has a great product line-up called the Axim Pocket PC. They're well equipped and they have terrific price points on the various models they sell. And they have sold millions and millions of them.
Dell support is very good but there are plenty of holes in their system which is why if you look around you'll find lots of third-party support in the form of online discussion forums and user groups.
The Dell Axim Group on Yahoo.com is a community I started a couple of years ago so that people could have an alternative place to get their problems solved without having to deal with Dell employees who must follow the "party line". (continued...)

Over the last couple of years, I know that hundreds of people have been helped by the members of this forum and it has thousands of message posts in it's searchable archive.
It's been so effective that I personally know of a few occasions where frustrated Dell support staff referred customers directly to the Axim group where their problems were resolved.
Today there are around 4000 members and is very active so if you're looking for a new place to get support for your Axim, or even if you're just curious, you should check us out.
