I just bought one of these for around $500 and it's a terrific Pocket PC. Integrated WiFi, Bluetooth, Fast 624 Mhz. X-Scale processor and an excellent VGA resolution screen. It's a nice compact unit that fits easily into your shirt pocket unlike my old iPaq 3630 that it replaces.
